Build Your Digital Content Skills

We've spent years helping businesses figure out what actually works online. Now we're sharing that knowledge through focused learning programs designed for people who want practical skills—not just theory. Our autumn 2025 program starts in September.

How Our Learning Experience Works

We built this program around what we wish we'd known when we started. Each phase connects to the next, building skills that you'll actually use in real projects.

Weeks 1-4

Foundation Work

Start with content strategy basics. Learn how to assess what a business actually needs versus what they think they want. We cover research methods, audience analysis, and the fundamentals of creating content that serves a purpose.

Weeks 5-10

Applied Skills Development

This is where things get practical. You'll work on real website content scenarios, handle client briefs that mirror what we see daily, and learn to write for different business contexts. Feedback sessions help refine your approach as you go.

Weeks 11-16

Portfolio Projects

Build a portfolio that shows what you can do. Work on complete website content projects from brief to delivery. Learn how to present your work, explain your decisions, and handle revisions professionally.

Weeks 17-20

Business Context

Understanding client work matters as much as writing skills. Learn about project management, client communication, pricing models, and how to position yourself in the Taiwan market. We cover the practical business side that many programs skip.

Real Experience From People Who Do This Work

Our instructors don't just teach—they're active professionals who handle client projects every week. Linnea Dahlström leads the program with over eight years in digital content strategy, working primarily with Taiwan-based businesses navigating international markets.

She's joined by Astrid Bergkvist, who brings a technical writing background and specializes in making complex information accessible. Both have worked through the challenges you'll face and can share what actually worked (and what didn't).
